Thanks for the head's up on the website. I've used "Screen It" before, but I had never heard of the website that you mentioned.
Plugged In Movie Review is used on our favorite Christian Radio station. My daughter asked if she could go see a movie recently (can't remember which one) and before I could answer, my son, Riley (8) piped up..."Umm, Mom, it only got 2.5 out of 5 for family friendliness so I think the answer should be no."
WE HAVE to be aware of what our kids are seeing. PG-13? That one should be rated R. Do you think movie raters are more lax today than say 20 years ago?

That must have been why the theater was full of middle school girls Friday night. I wondered what was playing.
They should have watched what we saw - Nim's Island. Very family friendly.
