3 "p's" in planning

"It's so easy to get into a rut and not really plan ahead in youth ministry, to sort of fly by the seat of your pants. I live in a beach culture, and we like just going with the flow. The danger is that this can have a negative effect on your youth ministry. Students want to know what direction they're heading as a group. Parents want to be informed on what's taking place now, but also what's being planned for the future of the youth ministry.
